Employee of the Quarter
Carlene Benscoter, DNS started in our facility in Fall of 2002. She brought her nursing expertise to the roles of Charge Nurse and Staff Development Coordinator until February of 2007 when she took on the new challenge of Director of Nursing. We all knew she was perfect for the role, because she has all the qualities that make a great DNS – knowledge, attention to detail, remaining calm, but most importantly compassion. This compassion is not only directed towards residents, it is directed towards staff, families, visitors and physicians. McCall Rehab & Living Center is very fortunate to have Carlene Benscoter as part of our team.
